Crimes: Several counts of betrayal (usually temporary, but she's screwed her friends over a couple of times for Angel, and then of course there was the whole Spike Thing), juvenile delinquency (included but not limited to: cutting class, getting into fights, underage drinking, burning down the school gym, etc), negligence guardianship (re: Dawn), destruction of property, breaking and entering, desecration of more than her far share of graves, suicide, murder (Caleb). Buffy is also guilty of insubordination and insurrection vs. the Watchers' Council.
